If article is published onto dolibarr portal web site, first sentence of article must be short and have a carriage return before rest of text. This is to allow tools that will publish news to other social networks to cut content and add link to full article.
Use hashtags on keywords you want your posts being returned when a search is done on keyword. For example "#Dolibarr #ERP #CRM" or "#Dolibarr #PGI #GRC". => Using hashtags means your post will be visible by people making search on the key.
Use arrobastag on name of other twitter accounts. For example @afup (1400 followers), @framasoft (11000), @php_net (64000), @mozilla (20000), @opensourcenews (35000), @opensourceway (15000), @debian (50000) => Using arrobas means your post will be visible by your followers + owner of arrobas account (not by followers of arrobas account)

Using Dolibarr Channels by Dolibarr members

The Dolibarr foundation can publish news on the Dolibarr news networks (Dolibarr web sites, social networks) suggested by the member of the Dolibarr foundation.

Condition/Rules

This is conditions a physical or moral person would need to match to be able to post a news.

Publishing is limited to 1 news per month per Dolibarr foundation member.
The text should remain informative, not superlative (using text like "the best ..." are forbidden).
A post must have following content:
1. A title that is lower than 60 characters and with no symbol & into it.
2. A first sentence on first line of content that is lower than 120 characters, then a carriage return for rest of content
3. Rest of content must be at least 50 words and can contain hashtags and arrobastags.
4. At least one image (logo or screenshot) into content.
5. Content can contains external links URL but this is limited to 2 different external URLs.
6. Content of news should not contains, directly, invitation to pay or subscribe for an external commercial service. If you want visitor to subscribe to something (congress, mailing list), you can use some texts or links like "for more information or subscription, take a look at ...the external web page Url here..." (and price can be shown on this target page if you need)
Moderation will be done by the member of the board team of the Dolibarr foundation and any news can be moderated.
News must be submitted in the same language then the publishing web site (so English for www.dolibarr.org, French for www.dolibarr.fr, ...)
For news about local event, the post must be only done on channel that is main language of country where event is localized, except for English channel where all geographic news are accepted, but rule on language still apply).
The submitter of news must be an up to date member of the foundation.
Topic of news must match some rules
1. For standard members: Only news related to something relevant with current stable version of Dolibarr are allowed (a downloadable module, or a regional or national congress events).
2. For Dolibarr Preferred Partners members: News about extra services (formation, new hosting service announcement) are also allowed.

This rules may be modified in future to find best balance between news number and quality relevant news.

Process

For dolibarr.org, dolibarr.fr, dolibarr.pt, nl.dolibarr.org, dolibarr.de: If you want to post a news, just login to the forum on web site (create account if you don't have one), then use the link "Submit a news" that can be found on homepage. It will then be moderated and validated and appears on web site, then few hours after appears on the correct social network.

For other portals, just contact by email the administrator of web site with the news to post.
